There is a 7 night minimum stay required for Christmas, New Years, and Fantasy Fest late October. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. Cancellation policy: thru this system must cancel 14 days prior to local check-in time for refund of dposit less a 20.00usd cancellation fee. No shows will be charged full amount. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are non-cancelable at booking.
