Key West 's Best Bars
Key West has a lot going on with food and drinks. Last count
was over 240 eating and drinking establishments and that was a
few years ago.
Some have a beautiful view of the sunset, others have a view
of Duval Street and downtown Key West, which can get interesting
the further into the evening you stay. There are many places off
the beaten path. Ask a local where to go, everyone has a favorite
place here or a place they would love you to go try.
Plenty of bars and drinking go on in Key West. Find one that
suits you and enjoy the surroundings. Some bars have local bands
and music almost all day and night, others have a calm and quiet
atmosphere with a tranquil view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Hog's Breath Saloon 400 Front St.- At the Hog's Breath
they have a history of good times and great entertainment and fun,
not to mention the drinks and food are outstanding! You may have
seen their famous T-shirts or heard about their World Famous Home

Sloppy Joes - 201 Duval St - Since 1933, Sloppy Joe's
hospitable staff has welcomed patrons daily. Visiting the Internationally
known bar, guests are instantly enveloped by the history of Sloppy
Joe's, Key West and Ernest Hemingway. Sloppy Joe's has been located
at the Corner of Greene and Duval streets since 1937. As morning
transforms into day, so does Sloppy Joe's. Live entertainment begins
at Noon and lunch continues with a menu offering quality food and
satisfying large drinks.
Green Parrot Bar - 601 Whitehead St - A Key West landmark
since 1890, the Parrot is the first and last bar on U.S.1. Home
of great drinks and bad art, pool, darts, and pinball. It's a one-of-a-kind
open-air tropical saloon with spine-tingling cocktails, friendly
bartenders, and ice-cold beers. The Parrot's Happy Hour is featured
from 4 - 7pm, 365 days a year.

Jimmy Buffett's Margaritville Cafe 500 Duval St - There's nothing
more satisfying than good music and good food. That was the idea
when legendary musician/songwriter Jimmy Buffett opened Margaritaville
in Key West. Nothing stuffy, just kick back have fun and enjoy great
local food and listen to great live bands.

Fat Tuesday 305 Duval St.- Picked up from Bourbon Street
in New Orleans, and dropped smack dab into the middle of "Party
Central" on the famous Duval Street, Fat Tuesday is the perfect
place to go for fun in or out of the Key West sun. Open every day
from 10am 'til late, Fat Tuesday has been serving great drinks and

owner).. Captain Tony's is full of Key West history. This lively
spot is one of the city's most popular bars and is said to have
been the original Sloppy Joe's, entertaining author Ernest Hemingway.
Jimmy Buffet sang here for a while in the beginning of his career
and now live bands play nightly, who knows, perhaps you will hear
